Franchise / Brand License & Management Agreement
1. Obtain the Disclosure Document before completing this application. Sign the Receipt page and return to your SOH representative.

2. Complete all fields. Mark non-applicable items as "N/A". Print, sign, and submit with all supporting documents.
⚠ Return the completed application within 14 days of MOU receipt, with the Application Fee (US$125,000) and TSA Fee (US$500/room).

Section IV — Warranties of Applicant

License Applicant and all individuals signing on its or their own behalf warrant that the statements contained in the Application are full, true and complete. This Application and all required supplemental materials are made and delivered by License Applicant as inducement to SOH to grant a license for the location and brand indicated.

Section V — Miscellaneous

• In making this Application, neither License Applicant, any of its Owners or Principals have relied upon any representations, inducements, promises, agreements, or undertakings as to the potential volume, profits, or success of the franchise venture.


• License Applicant has received and had the opportunity to review the most recent Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).


• License Applicant expressly recognizes that investment in the hotel business involves business risks making the success of its venture largely dependent upon the business abilities of it and its agents and/or hotel Manager.


• Acceptance of this Application is subject to the written approval of SOH at its executive offices in Delaware.

Voluntary. Responses are confidential and used only for aggregate statistical reporting. Approval is not affected.
